About Christine Berenger

Originally from New Orleans, Christine Berenger worked in private equity, fixed income and equity and commodity derivatives for 15 years, with the majority of her career on Wall Street. After passing the Wine and Spirits Education Trust Advanced Certificate Exam with merit, and the first level of the Court of Master Sommeliers exam, she is now exploring her passion for wine and food full-time. She is the President of Fava Beans & Chianti, a website where she interviews wine makers and writes about her travels, restaurant tips and wine recommendations. Christine has just launched a Wine Education business. She is an investor in Joseph Leonard restaurant in New York's West Village.
